Monday 7/10/17: Front Squat, Deadlift, & GPP

Front Squat – work up to 335 x 3.

Deadlift – work up to 505 x 3, then 455 x 6

GPP Circuit:  45 Degree Back Ext,  Hex Bar Shrugs,  Hanging Leg Raises, Standing Calf.  3 x 20 each, no rest.
