After purchase you will receive a detailed questionnaire that takes everything into account:  

  • Your unique and individualized goals 
  • Training history and level of experience
  • Injury / Medical history
  • Work and personal schedule
  • Available equipment  

Once I design your program, we will share a Google Doc Spreadsheet where your program will be constantly and quickly updated after each workout based on the results and feedback you give me

In addition, you will have email access to me for the duration of your program to answer all of your questions, make tweaks to the program, help you conquer sticking points, and review video of your lifts.  

After purchasing your Custom Program Design, I will email you a comprehensive questionnaire for you to fill out and return to me.  Once the completed questionnaire is returned,  I will begin to design your Custom Strength & Conditioning Plan and send you the link to access our shared spreadsheet.
