Incline Bench Press – work up to 305 x 1.   Then 3 x 8-12 x 215 (70%)

Flat Dumbbell Bench Press – 5 x 6-10

T-Bar Rows (old fashioned style) 5 x 8-15

Lying Tricep Extensions (EZ Curl Bar) 4 x 6-12
