Weds 7/12: Chest, Biceps

Incline Bench Press:  worked up to 3 singles @ 295.  (95%).  Then 2 x 285.  Back Off 3 x 4 x 265 (85%).

Flat Bench Press 275 x 5.  Double Drop Set 225 x 10,  185 x 10

Barbell Curls 45 x 15,  95 x 5,  135 x 4,  115 x 6,  95 x 10

Superset:  Weighted Dips 3 x 8-10 / Incline DB Curls 3 x 12

Down to 208 pounds today.  30 lbs since March 1st.  Could feel it today.  Weak.
