Weds 7/5/17: Squat, SLDL, GPP

Back Squat – work up to 3 x 455.  Easy.  Then 3 x 5 x 405.

Stiff leg Deadlift 3 x 8 x 345 (2″ deficit)

GPP Circuit:  45 degree back extensions,  Standing Calf Raise, Decline Sit Ups.  3 x 20 on each, no rest
