Squats

Warm Up Sets:  10 x 45, 5 x 135, 3 x 225, 1 x 275, 1 x 315, 1 x 365, 1 x 405

Work Sets:  435 x 4 x 4

Paused Goodmornings (4-inch camber bar)

Warm Up Sets:  3 x 135, 3 x 185, 3 x 225

Work Set:  265 x 5

Hardest session of the week is done.  Great feeling.
