Day 3 – Sled Pulling

Sled Pulling:  12 total trips x 2 1/2 plates.  1 trip = 80 yds (approx)

Just a little active recovery and conditioning work today.  Likely to sled or prowler again on Wednesday and then Squat/Deadlift on Friday.  

Diet Yesterday:

  1. Large plate of French Toast + 75g Protein Shake (egg whites + whey)
  2. Chicken Breast,  1 cup rice, banana
  3. Protein Shake (2 scoops whey)
  4. 2 Ground Beef Patties, Vegetables
