Day 7 – ME Squat/Deadlift

Squat

Warm Ups 10 x 45, 10 x 135, 5 x 225, 1 x 275, 1 x 315, 1 x 365, 1 x 405, 1 x 455

Work Sets:  1 x 495,  3 x 445

Deadlift

1 x 315, 1 x 405, 2 x 505

Not a true max effort day, just wanted to take out some heavy-ish weight and kinda get a feel for where I’m at so I can plan my upcoming cycle.  Still pretty de-trained and deconditioned after a lot of time off.  Left a little on the bar on both lifts.  Next week will actually start my official “meet prep” for the meet in July.  Got a 16 week plan laid out plus the week of the meet.  Going to be doing some volume that I haven’t done in a while to get my conditioning back.
