Day 9 – Squats & Goodmornings

Monday 3/23/15

Back Squat 

Warm Up Sets:  10 x 45, 5 x 135, 5 x 225, 1 x 275, 1 x 315, 1 x 365

Work Sets:  405 x 5 x 5

4-inch Camber Bar Goodmornings (paused on pins)

Warm Ups: 5 x 135, 3 x 185, 1 x 225

Work Sets:  6 x 260

Squats actually felt pretty light today.  Definitely struggled with the conditioning aspect, but I was expecting the weights to move up slower than they did.  Even on the fifth set, I was actually getting some good rattle with the plates at the top of each rep.
