Friday 6/30/17: Front Squat, Deadlift, & Back

Front Squat – work up to 315 x 5

Deadlift – work up to 480 x 5

2″ Deficit Deadlift – 425 x 8

Pull Ups 5 x max reps

Seated Rows 5 x 10

Bodyweight at 210 today.  Down 28 lbs.  Felt strong though.
