Monday 7/3/17: Chest, Biceps

Incline Bench Press – work up to 275 x 2 x 2.  Then 245 for 3 sets of 6.

Bench Press – 5 x 255, 8 x 235, 12 x 215.

Heavy DB Curls 3 x 6-8

Dips 4 x max reps (50 lbs -> Bodyweight, descending sets)

Barbell Curls 3 x 10-15 (superset with Dips)

Could really feel the weight loss today.  Plus had Deadlift Hangover.  Felt weak and slow on everything.
