Mon 4/27 – Bench

Body weight:  230…..after dropping to 228-229 over the weekend.  Probably a little sodium fluctuation.  

Training:  

Paused Bench Press

20 x 45, 10 x 135, 5 x 225, 1 x 275, 1 x 295, 1 x 315, 1 x 335, 1 x 350, 1 x 355,  1 x 345 x 3 sets;  320 x 4 x 4

Incline Press

4 x 255;  5 x 245

Today was the first day that I REALLY felt the effects of the weight loss.  On the singles especially I was kinda hoping to be up around 365, but 355 was a little slower than I anticipated.  Training alone, so I didn’t push it further. Strength on Inclines was way down as well.  Strength loss is to be expected after 12 pounds dropped in 2 weeks, but still isn’t fun.
