Tues 5/19:  Back/Biceps

  • Wide Grip Pulldowns  6 x 8-12
  • Seated Cable Rows 4 x 12
  • Machine Pullovers 3 x 12
  • DB Shrugs 3 x 15
  • Curls 5 x 10

Thurs 5/21:  Bench + Chest

Paused Bench Press (2-3 sec pause)

  • Warm Ups:  10 x 135,  5 x 185,  3 x 225,  1 x 275, 1 x 295, 1 x 315
  • Work Sets (<90%):  1 x 335,  1 x 355,  1 x 365,  1 x 370 (touch n go),  1 x 370 (paused),  1 x 355 x 3 sets,  3 x 340 (touch n go)

Incline Press   5 x 225 (triceps gassed),  8 x 185
