Weds 4/22 – Rest / Cardio

Body weight:  231.5

Training:  1 hour fasted cardio, incline treadmill.  No lifting.  

Diet:

  • 50g Egg Whites w/ veggies
  • 8 oz Chicken Breast w/ veggies
  • 50g Whey Protein Shake
  • 8 oz Ground Beef w/ veggies
  • Missed my 5th meal
