Impromtu extra workout today with client:

Wide Grip Pulldowns 3 x 8

Barbell Rows 6 x 8

Seated Rows (rear delt grip) 3 x 15

V-Grip Pulldowns 3 x 8-10

Short and sweet, fast paced, lots of reps, massive pump.
