Paused Bench Press

Warm Up Sets:  20 x 45, 10 x 135, 3 x 185, 3 x 225, 1 x 275

Work Sets:  305 x 4 x 4.  Easy stuff

Incline Bench Press

Warm Up Sets:  3 x 185,  2 x 225

Work Sets:  6 x 255;  10 x 235

Dips – 3 sets to failure
