Day 18 – Deadlift + Back

Deadlifts

Warm Up Sets:  10 x 135,  5 x 225,  3 x 315,  1 x 405

Work Sets:  455 x 4 x 4

Pendlay Rows

225 x 6 x 3 sets

TRX Rows  3 x 10

Missed my regularly scheduled upper back accessory day earlier in the week, so I tried to make up for it a little today.  I’ve done very little consistent upper back work over the last couple of years.  I think doing so now should have a positive impact on my deadlifts going forward.  Plus, a bigger back is cool.  I’m battling some inflammation in my elbow/forearm right now that I’m trying to keep from turning into something more limiting.
