Sat 4/18/15 – Rest/Active Recovery

Much needed rest day today from the hard stuff.  Hit an hour of moderate paced cardio by walking on the inclined treadmill.  

Bodyweight today:  231.5

Diet yesterday:

  • 50g Egg Whites, 1 cup oatmeal (measured dry)
  • 50g Protein Shake
  • 50g Protein Shake
  • 6 oz ground beef + veggies
  • 8 oz chicken breast
