Sun 4/19/15 – Rest/Cardio + High Carb Day!

Another day off the weights, but hit an hour of fasted cardio this morning on the inclined treadmill.  

Body weight this morning:  231.5

Diet Yesterday (Low Carb):

  • 50g Protein Shake, 1 cup oatmeal (measured dry)
  • 50g Can of Tuna
  • 50g Protein Shake
  • 8 oz chicken breast, veggies
  • 50g Protein Shake

Diet Today (High Carb – approx 50g carb per meal):

  • 50g Protein Shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal (measured dry, 27g),  1 banana (25g)
  • 50g Egg White Carton + 1 egg + a little cheddar;  3/4 cup white rice (measured dry, 54g) – mixed all together with pico de gallo
  • 8 oz top round;  1/2 cup white rice (measured dry, 36g),  1 large orange (20g)
  • 10 oz steak (trimmed, boneless T-bone),  10 oz white potato (52g)
  • 50g protein shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal
