  • Work Sets (above 90%):  1 x 435, 1 x 455, 1 x 465,  2 x 420

Speed (Dynamic Effort) Deadlifts

  • 10 x 1 x 315 + doubled mini-bands (30-60 sec between sets)

Sled Drags – 12 trips w/ 3 plates.
