Wed 4/15/15 – Death by Prowler

It has been a while……..Fortunately the Houston Heat has not yet emerged from it’s winter slumber, but regardless this was tough (as if that was a surprise).  I did these with one of my personal training clients today (a competitive swimmer) so I had to suck it up and try not to let him see his coach in too much pain!   

Kept it simple today:  12 Sprints of 30 yards.  Basically alternated between me and him with very little rest in between.  

Today’s weight:  234

Yesterday’s diet (low carb) 

  1. 1 Carton Egg Whites (50g),  3/4 cup raw oats
  2. 50g Protein Shake
  3. 6 oz Chicken Breast, Vegetables
  4. 50g Protein Shake
  5. 6 oz Ground Beef Patty, Vegetables
