01 What this is

The Club is the version where you stop writing your own programming and start running mine. Every Sunday night, three full programs land in your inbox: Conjugate, Basic Barbell, and Bodybuilding. You pick the one that fits your goals and run it for the week.

Sets, reps, exercise selection, progressions. All of it.

02 · Three tracks

Pick the one. Switch any week.

  1. 02

    Basic Barbell

Old-school, barebones strength training. Built around a garage or basement gym. A barbell and a rack is all you need.

    • For: minimum equipment, maximum strength
    • Days: 3–4 a week
    • Equipment: rack, barbell, plates, bench
  2. 03

    Bodybuilding

Serious mass and physique work. Higher volume, broader exercise menu. Requires full commercial-gym access.

    • For: the look-like-you-lift project
    • Days: 4–5 a week
    • Equipment: commercial gym, full DB rack, machines

All three are included. Run one for a block, switch tracks at the end of it. No upgrade tiers, no add-ons.

03 · The Sunday drop

Programming
arrives
Sunday night.

Andy writes the next week before it starts. You get the document, the exercise selection, the working percentages. You train Monday through Saturday. Sunday it lands again.

No app. No portal. No daily-streak gamification. The Club is delivered like a coach used to deliver it: a written sheet, on time, every week.

05 · Who it's for

The right Club member.

For
  • Intermediate-to-advanced lifters who don't miss training weeks.
  • Lifters tired of writing their own programming and second-guessing it.
  • The "strong, but want to look like it" project.
  • Garage-gym lifters with the basics: rack, barbell, plates, bench.
  • 35–55 with a job and a family and 4 hours a week to train.
  • Anyone who's been running the same self-written split for two years.
Not for
  • Beginners. Run a linear progression first; come back when it stops working.
  • Lifters who want a custom plan written around them. Read the coaching page instead.
  • Anyone hunting for a 12-week transformation, before-and-after, or shred protocol.
  • Anyone who needs a daily push notification to train.
  • Lifters who can't commit to four sessions a week minimum.

The same coach. The same programming
my paying clients run.

I've coached intermediate-to-advanced lifters since 2005, owned my gym since 2007, and co-authored two of the books most of you already have on the shelf: Practical Programming for Strength Training, 3rd edition with Mark Rippetoe, and The Barbell Prescription with Dr. Jonathon Sullivan.

The Club is the same programming framework I use with the lifters who walk into my gym in Kingwood. There is no "online version" of my programming. There is one version, and the Club gets it on Sunday.

07 · Questions

Things people ask before joining.

How is this different from the PDF programs?
The PDFs are finished plans. You buy one, you run it, you're done in eight to twelve weeks. The Club is ongoing programming. Every Sunday a new week. You're not on a finite plan; you're training under a coach's programming indefinitely.
How is this different from custom coaching?
Custom coaching is one program written for one lifter, for a fixed term, at $900 to $2,400. The Club is the same programming framework, written for a few hundred members at once, for $27 a month. The Club is the right answer for most lifters. Custom is for lifters whose goal or situation needs a plan written around them specifically.
Can I switch tracks?
Yes. Run Conjugate for a block, finish it, switch to Bodybuilding. The whole archive is open. Most members settle on one track for six to twelve months and rotate when goals change.
What does delivery actually look like?
Email on Sunday night with the upcoming week. The full archive lives in the members area. Discussion happens in the private community. No app to download. No portal to log into daily.
I'm over 50 / over 60. Can I run this?
Yes. The Basic Barbell track is well-suited to lifters past 50, and the Conjugate track is the most popular among Masters powerlifters in the Club. If you're new to the barbell and over 60, start with the After 40 programs first; come back when you've outgrown them.
Garage gym only. Will it work?
Conjugate and Basic Barbell were both written with a serious garage gym in mind. The Bodybuilding track wants a full commercial gym. Pick accordingly.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks. No retention call, no save-offer popups, no "we noticed you've been quiet" emails. If the Club isn't what you need, leave clean.
