All three tracks
Conjugate, Basic Barbell, Bodybuilding. Every Sunday. Switch between them whenever a block ends. No gating, no per-track upcharge.
Three tracks. Written fresh every week. Delivered Sunday night. The Club is where most of my own clients train.
The Club is the version where you stop writing your own programming and start running mine. Every Sunday night, three full programs land in your inbox: Conjugate, Basic Barbell, and Bodybuilding. You pick the one that fits your goals and run it for the week.
Sets, reps, exercise selection, progressions. All of it.
The Westside Barbell method, tailored to the everyday lifter with a job, a family, and a real recovery budget.
Old-school, barebones strength training. Built around a garage or basement gym. A barbell and a rack is all you need.
Serious mass and physique work. Higher volume, broader exercise menu. Requires full commercial-gym access.
All three are included. Run one for a block, switch tracks at the end of it. No upgrade tiers, no add-ons.
Andy writes the next week before it starts. You get the document, the exercise selection, the working percentages. You train Monday through Saturday. Sunday it lands again.
No app. No portal. No daily-streak gamification. The Club is delivered like a coach used to deliver it: a written sheet, on time, every week.

Conjugate, Basic Barbell, Bodybuilding. Every Sunday. Switch between them whenever a block ends. No gating, no per-track upcharge.
Full programming sheet for the upcoming week. Sets, reps, percentages, exercise selection, notes on intent. Written fresh, not pulled from a backlog.
Form checks, programming questions, training-week reports. Direct access to Andy and to 400+ lifters who actually train. No screenshot culture.
Every prior week, kept. Pull a block from six months ago. Run it again. Compare to what you ran last cycle.
I've coached intermediate-to-advanced lifters since 2005, owned my gym since 2007, and co-authored two of the books most of you already have on the shelf: Practical Programming for Strength Training, 3rd edition with Mark Rippetoe, and The Barbell Prescription with Dr. Jonathon Sullivan.
The Club is the same programming framework I use with the lifters who walk into my gym in Kingwood. There is no "online version" of my programming. There is one version, and the Club gets it on Sunday.
$27 a month. Locked-in for current members. The Club has been the anchor of this business since the day it opened, and the price hasn't moved.
