A Gym for Grown Ups
In 2007 I opened the doors to my gym as an alternative to the large commercial health clubs in our area. I wanted an environment where people felt welcome learning to train under serious coaching.
At Andy Baker Personal Training, I specialize in personal training for adults over 40. I train clients of all ages, but my typical client is 45-75 years of age and seeking a better quality of life through a comprehensive training program that is sensible, safe, and simple.
Most of my new clients will have no experience at all with a formalized exercise program. Not to worry, I love working with novices, and will help guide you every step of the way on a path to better health & fitness.
