Day 20 – Squat & Deadlift

Squat 

Warm Up Sets:  10 x 45, 5 x 135, 3 x 225, 1 x 275, 1 x 315, 1 x 365, 1 x 415

Work Sets:  465 x 3 x 3

Deadlifts

3 x 485;  3 x 475

Squats felt pretty good despite being sick all week.  Deadlifts didn’t go so great.  Got a little work in, but hoping for a stronger week next week.
