When you finish
the cycle, what then?
The Baker Barbell Club is the recurring side of the same coaching practice. New programming every week, written by Andy, delivered Sunday. 400+ members. $27 a month. Cancel any time.
Common questions.
How is it delivered?
You will get an email with download links to all three PDFs after checkout. Save them to your phone, your laptop, or print them. There is no login, no app, and no expiring access.
What's the savings?
Each program is $25 on its own. The bundle is $60, so you save $15 (20%) by buying them together.
Which order do I run them in?
Most lifters run them in numerical order: GGW1, then GGW2, then GGW3. Each program is a complete cycle on its own, and all three are designed to be repeatable. Run one, take what worked, move to the next.
Do I need to own all the equipment?
All three programs are written around a power rack, a barbell, plates, and a bench. No machines, cables, or specialty bars required. A pulley setup is nice to have but never assumed.
Are these the same PDFs sold individually?
Yes. Same PDFs, same content, same updates. The bundle just gets you all three at a lower combined price.
Is this for beginners?
No. The Garage Gym Warrior programs are written for intermediate and advanced lifters with a base of barbell training already in place. If you're still adding weight to the bar every workout on a linear progression, run that out first.
How does this compare to the Club?
These bundles are three self-contained cycles you own forever. The Baker Barbell Club is ongoing programming, written fresh every week, delivered Sunday. Many members run a bundled cycle while subscribed and use the Club for what to do next.
