Common questions.
How is it delivered?
You will get an email with download links to all five PDFs after checkout. Save them to your phone, your laptop, or print them. There is no login, no app, and no expiring access.
What's the savings?
The four PDFs run $100 in total at standalone prices. The bundle is $89, an 11% discount. The Baker Barbell RAW Powerlifting PDF contains two complete cycles (a 10-week split and a 5-week peaking program), so you actually get five training cycles for the price.
Why does it say 5 programs but 4 PDFs?
The Baker Barbell RAW Powerlifting PDF is two complete programs in one document: a 10-week split routine and a 5-week peaking program. Andy counts it as two cycles in the bundle math, which is why the bundle headline says five programs. You will get four PDF downloads.
Which order do I run them in?
There is no required order. Most lifters start with the Classic Heavy-Light-Medium or the KSC Texas Method as a strength base, then rotate through the others over the course of a year. Each is a complete cycle on its own.
Do I need a commercial gym?
No. Every program in this bundle can be run in a basic garage or basement gym. Power rack, barbell, plates, and a bench. No specialized equipment required.
Are these the same PDFs sold individually?
Yes. Same PDFs, same content. The bundle just gets you all five at a lower combined price.
Is this for beginners?
No. These are intermediate programs written for lifters who have already run a linear progression. If you are still adding weight to the bar every session, finish that first. The free 6-week bench program on this site is a good fit for novices.
How does this compare to the Club?
This bundle is five self-contained cycles you own forever. The Baker Barbell Club is ongoing programming, written fresh every week, delivered Sunday. Many members run a bundled cycle while subscribed and use the Club for what to do next.
